A Bit About Ashokh
Go Ashokh has over 30 years of experience in operational leadership, facilitation and entrepreneurship. He firmly believes all organizations have the capability to design their own effective organizational culture that creates a safe environment to allow people’s best work to be realized. As such he works with leaders in organizations to adopt a people centered mindset to engage and inspire people.

Ashokh believes that wisdom lies within all individuals and his responsibility is to share ideas, facilitate and coach leaders about personal mastery and team synergies to bring these wisdoms to effective business practices. In his own words” he is a change agent” who is focused on sharing thought provoking ideas for leaders to lead high performing collaborative teams to drive sustainable and impactful changes to their businesses.

Ashokh graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Financial Planning from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment. He has completed the Virtual LearnCaster Certification which certifies him to design and conduct virtual classes online.

He is a Certified Trainer in Authentic Leadership Conversations, Crucial Conversations® and Influencer Training®. He is also a Certified Practitioner in Kirkpatrick Bronze Level.
He has extensive experience teaching these critical skills to leaders in various organizations within the Asia Pacific Region.
