Victor Vasudevan

Victor Vasu is a Royal Rangers member who has more than 15 years of experience in the area of training both outdoors and indoors. He is a Certified National Training Academy (U.S. Royal Rangers) and is an outdoor facilitator for teambuilding programs and activities. A qualified IT consultant and trainer with various technical skills related to computers, software, networks, broadband and wireless technology, he has developed and produced the business marketing tool and critical path analysis software for 3G Wireless.

Victor brings to the field of human potential development his vibrant personality, charming disposition and the desire to impart knowledge. This makes for enjoyable and significant sessions. His IT background serves him well, too: he thinks quickly, logically and effectively in his workshops. An avid learner, he has attended a variety of programs in the areas of, leadership, teambuilding, communication and personal development. These include conducting outdoor camps, training for children and adults. He has designed and built outdoor teambuilding elements i.e. Broga Campsite.

Victor has conducted training based on experiential learning, motivationally oriented, unprecedented in empowering others. Adept at bringing people together to aim for a common purpose; Victor has worked with various corporate organization in building cohesion among disparate departments and staffs though his experiential team engagement activities and personality profiling.
