Divya Mariam Chandy

With a passion for people and creativity, I am a seasoned Learning and Development professional with 13 years of experience in both virtual and face-to-face Instructional Design, development and delivery. As a Certified Coach, Trainer and Facilitator I seek to engage learners exactly where they are, to help them recognise their talents and developing them into strengths, thereby unlocking their potential. Coming from a science background, I enjoy observing, learning and playing (or experimenting) with new ways of inspiring growth and connection in others.

" Upon graduating with a BSc. (Hons) in Biology majoring in Environmental Science and Management from Universiti Malaya in 2011, I pivoted to people development and have not looked back since. I have completed my Masters in Applied Psychology in Coaching with Help University to hone my skills in making learning relatable, meaningful and effective. I am a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the Malaysian Association of Corporate Coaches (MACC). I am also credentialed as a Certified Training Professional with the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (iTOL) UK with acknowledgement from HRDF. "
