The Mindful Edge
The Mindfulness@Work Programme is a two-day, interactive and science-based workshop designed to help leaders and employees cultivate calm, clarity and resilience in the workplace.
At its core, the programme is based on Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence model, enhancing all four quadrants: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. Participants will learn to pause, reflect and respond intentionally while staying focused on performance driven outcomes.
It blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence and mindfulness practices with experiential exercises and real-world applications to address modern challenges such as hybrid work, digital overload and rising stress levels.
By the end of the programme, employees are expected to:
-
Enhance empathy and compassion – fostering trust and psychological safety.
-
Shift from reactive to responsive leadership – making intentional, value-aligned decisions under pressure.
-
Build psychological safety – modelling presence and openness in communication.
-
Integrate mindfulness tools – applying grounding, breathing and reflection techniques to sustain focus and wellbeing.
-
Create mindful team cultures – embedding practices that nurture collaboration, resilience and inclusion.
In short, it’s not just about stress reduction but about transforming awareness into mindful leadership behaviours that inspire confidence, strengthen relationships and sustain long-term wellbeing and performance.
