Managing with EQ
The Managing with Emotional Intelligence Programme is a two-day, interactive and science-based workshop designed to help participants strengthen the understanding of emotionally intelligence practices that strengthens social circles while fostering stronger relationship that results in sustainable workplace outcomes. At its core, the programme applies Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence model, focusing on self-awareness, social awareness and relationship management. Participants learn to recognise emotional hijacking, apply regulation techniques, practice empathy and use structured frameworks.
It blends neuroscience insights, emotional intelligence frameworks and practical workplace tools with experiential learning to equip managers to regulate emotions, build trust and foster collaboration in complex, high-pressure environments.
By the end of the programme, leaders are expected to:
-
Strengthen emotional awareness – recognising emotional patterns and regulating reactions under pressure.
-
Improve emotional regulation – pausing, reflecting and responding intentionally during stress or uncertainty.
-
Enhance relationship management – practicing empathy, managing feedback and resolving conflict constructively.
-
Build psychological safety – fostering trust, openness and belonging in teams.
-
Strengthen adaptability and motivation – understanding emotional drivers and resilience patterns that influence performance.
-
Elevate leadership influence – applying EQ tools to inspire accountability, collaboration and sustainable team success.
In short, it’s not just about managing emotions but about transforming emotional intelligence into practical leadership behaviours that build trust, resilience and high-performing teams in today’s diverse and demanding workplace.
