Leading with EQ
The Leading with Emotional Intelligence Programme is a two-day, interactive and science-based workshop designed to help leaders cultivate trust, coach with empathy and create psychologically safe environments. At its core, the programme applies Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence model, enhancing all four quadrants: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. Participants learn to flex between six leadership styles (Visionary, Coaching, Affiliative, Democratic, Pacesetting, Commanding), apply coaching techniques, adapt communication to personality types and manage conflict constructively.
It blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence frameworks and advanced leadership practices with experiential activities to strengthen clarity, adaptability and influence in complex workplace settings.
By the end of the programme, leaders are expected to:
-
Inspire with emotional clarity – leading with trust, empathy and composure under pressure.
-
Think strategically and act sustainably – balancing human priorities with organisational goals.
-
Coach with adaptive leadership – unlocking individual potential and strengthening team synergy.
-
Build trust that transforms – creating psychological safety and high-performing relationships.
-
Turn conflict into collaboration – navigating disagreements constructively to foster innovation and teamwork.
-
Communicate with purpose and impact – articulating vision and meaning with clarity and empathy.
In short, it’s not just about managing teams but about transforming leadership through emotional intelligence, enabling leaders to inspire, influence and sustain performance while building cultures of trust, collaboration and resilience.
