Problems to Possibilities
The Creative Thinking & Decision-Making Programme is a two-day, interactive and experiential workshop designed to help leaders and employees strengthen clarity, innovation and confidence in problem-solving. At its core, the programme applies Edward de Bono’s 6 Thinking Hats and the 6 WH-Questions Framework, alongside tools like Cost-Benefit Analysis and awareness of decision-making traps. Participants learn to balance imagination with logic, avoid cognitive biases and make confident, well-reasoned decisions that foster collaboration and sustainable outcomes.
It blends structured analytical frameworks with creative tools and reflective practices to address modern workplace challenges such as complexity, hybrid work and diverse teams.
By the end of the programme, employees are expected to:
-
Generate creative solutions – brainstorming innovative approaches to challenges.
-
Strengthen analytical decision-making – applying cost-benefit analysis for balanced, sustainable outcomes.
-
Avoid cognitive bias – recognising and mitigating traps like anchoring and confirmation bias.
-
Build confidence in problem-solving – using structured tools to reduce risk and enhance clarity.
-
Promote collaborative thinking – fostering open dialogue and psychological safety for innovation.
In short, it’s not just about generating ideas but about transforming creativity into structured, confident decision-making that drives clarity, inclusivity and long-term organisational success.
