Leading with Authenticity
The Leading with Authenticity Programme is an interactive and science-based workshop designed to help leaders align values, purpose and action that builds trust through genuine connection, clarity and consistent behaviour. At its core, the programme applies frameworks such as the HEARD Leadership Model, the 4A Resilience Framework and the Empathy Matrix. Participants learn to clarify personal values, recognise authenticity blockers, apply empathy strategically and make values-driven decisions that foster psychological safety and sustainable performance.
It blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership tools with experiential activities to strengthen integrity, empathy and resilience in complex workplace environments.
By the end of the programme, leaders are expected to:
-
Clarify values and purpose – reconnecting with their “why” to ensure decisions reflect integrity and meaning.
-
Lead with empathy and authenticity – fostering genuine trust through transparent communication and consistent action.
-
Build resilience under pressure – staying grounded and composed while navigating challenges.
-
Recognise empathy builders and blockers – overcoming bias, stress and disconnection to strengthen collaboration.
-
Make values-driven decisions – applying ethical choices that reinforce trust and accountability.
-
Develop authentic presence – leading with clarity, confidence and emotional steadiness.
In short, it’s not just about managing tasks but about transforming leadership into authentic engagement but also enables leaders to inspire confidence, foster inclusion and build cultures of trust and sustainable growth.
